You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or related systems.
• Use automated tools such as scrapers or bots to extract data from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information through any form on the Site.
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

3. Enquiries, estimates, and proposals

Any pricing, timelines, or recommendations shown on the Site or given in response to an online enquiry are estimates only. The per-square-foot ranges published in our cost guide reflect typical projects and are not a quote for your property.

Final pricing, scope, and contract terms are determined only after an on-site assessment and a written, signed proposal from Lifetime Custom Painting covering your specific interior, exterior, cabinet, or commercial painting project. Neither use of the Site nor submission of an online enquiry creates a contract or obligates either party to a transaction.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, project photography, design, and code — is the property of Lifetime Custom Painting or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including Google Analytics, the Google Maps embed on our contact page, Google and Yelp review profiles, and the HighLevel booking calendar used to schedule estimates. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that provider’s terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by California law, Lifetime Custom Painting disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Lifetime Custom Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars ($100).

7. Workmanship warranties are separate from these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website only. Our workmanship warranties — including the 2 year cabinet warranty and the 5 to 10 year year exterior warranty — together with the scope, materials, and payment schedule for your project, are set out in the separate written estimate and contract we provide for each job. Nothing on this Site modifies, replaces, or supplements those signed agreements.

Lifetime Custom Painting is a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1002304. You can verify the status of any California contractor’s licence with the Contractors State License Board (opens in a new window).

8. Communications and consent

By submitting your phone number through any form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Lifetime Custom Painting about your enquiry and related information. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
